Earlier this week we reported that Lady Gaga had had the back of her head shaved in honour of her good friend photographer Terry Richardson’s mum passing away.
And now it looks like she’s making good use of the new bald patch by getting it inked.

Not one to do things by halves, GaGa got the tattoo done in front of hundreds of fans at her fragrance launch. The launch of the Edge Of Glory star’s new perfume Fame took place at New York's Solomon R Guggenheim Museum.

GaGa stripped down to her undercrackers to have the cherub tattoo done.
Tattooist Mark Mahoney, who was aided by assistant Wes Brown, said of the new design: “It's kind of a Renaissance era cherub, a nod to her Italian heritage.”

Mark admitted it was pretty scary doing the tattoo in front of so many people.
"Once I got the pattern on, I realised it was just a perfect image for that place on the body. I knew it was going to be fine, just because it seemed to fit so perfectly right there.”
GaGa’s arrival

The kooky singer arrived at the ‘do in a big replica of her perfume bottle, and was apparently asleep inside.
Partygoers were then invited to come up and put their hands inside a hole in the bottle to actually touch sleeping GaGa, with a sign on the outside reading: “Touch Lady Gaga's hand, but please don't wake her.”
It’s official – Lady Gaga has completely lost the plot.
